2025 Peony Subscription
Introducing the 2025 PEONY SUBSCRIPTION from Heart Neids Farm!
3 weeks of the most luscious and popular flower of the season! Each week starting in late May and early June, subscribers will receive a paper wrapped bunch (8-10 stems) of our ruffly, farm fresh, fragrant, peonies. Bloom colors are typically a mixture of white and pinks. Place them in a large vase for a statement piece or split them amongst multiple vases for placement throughout your space.
Exact start date is TBD, bouquets will begin as soon as flowers start blooming and will be available for FARM PICK UP ONLY for 3 conservative weeks. Heart Neids Farm is located in Buffalo, MN just off of Hwy 33 just outside of Rockford, MN.
